General forum rules for the beon user community
Thank you for following these rules, they help to ensure that all our members have a positive and responsive experience on the forums:

1. It's not allowed to use this space as a medium of self promotion, be it personal, commercial or politic.

2. When you write your comments, please use the same courtesy and respect you expect to receive from the rest of the members.

3. Before creating a new topic, check if a similar one exists with the aid of the forum search, a lot of questions have been answered before.

4. Do not repeat the same message in all forum sections in an attempt to get help faster, the only thing you will archieve is to spread the answers and annoy the rest of the members.

5. Try to post the topic in the adecuate forum, as well as choosing an appropiate title that informs the members about the content of the topic. Don't use generic titles like: "Help, please", "Issue very urgent", "Somebody help me?", etc.

6. Don't overuse caps (unless you want to shout, something we do not encourage), neither bold nor italics.

7. It's desirable that you express yourself with a decent level of spelling and grammar. Avoid the use of abbreviations, SMS language, "leet" language or coded terms. We recommend to follow this advice so your questions can be answered better, faster and your messages best understood.

8. The different icons and smilies that you can include in your messages, in addition to add some color to the forum, are implemented to aid in the understanding of the message. Use them wisely.

9. Don't use a previous answered topic to make another question, because it will get buried under the main topic, instead start a new one.

10. Try not to overuse the cut and paste of links to news from other mediums or forwarded emails, even if you mention the sources. Take special care in the "Meeting point".

11. You can not provide personal information about other members without permission from themselves.

12. Publishing links is allowed as long as they comply with these rules and are used to help the answer to a question from a member, never for advertising or increasing the visits to a particular web.

13. Signatures used in the forum can not have pictures embedded, long text or sized text. Links are allowed as long as they comply with the point 12 of these rules.

14. This is a free speech forum, as long as the expression and diffusion of personal points of view doesn't collide with the current Spanish Penal Code.
Insults, personal attacks do not help the core objetive of this space, which is friendly dialog and sharing of knowledge. You can show your total agreement or disagreement with others opinions, ideas or facts, but always showing respect to the rest of the members.

15. According the Spanish Penal Code, piracy is ilegal, so it is not allowed to ask or provide cracks, serial numbers or links to web pages related with pirated content.

16. It's forbidden to transmit any content (information, data, graphics, text, files, software or other stuff) that is or could be considered ilegal, abusive, slanderous or could put in danger the integrity of the rest of the members.

17. It's forbidden to transmit any content information, data, graphics, text, files, software or other stuff) that violates any intellectual or industrial property rights. Permission from the author and the publisher is required when you quote some editorial reference.

18. The administrator and the moderators keep the right to close, rename, or delete any thread, or edit or delete any post that don't follow these rules. The members enter the forum under their own responsability and the opinions and comments that they may make are their sole responsability.

19. The administrator and moderators keep the right to cancel the authorization to participate in these forums to users that are clasified, under their criteria, as breakers of these rules. Initially, users that repeatedly break the rules will be warned privately, inviting them to follow the rules. Finally if it is required, they can be suspended or banned indefenitely from the forum.

20. Lastly, the most important rule: Relax and enjoy the beon user community forum.
